Sector Director Registration (Field Registration)

A Sector Director is a PtHA representative that can be found at our Pinto shows. They can inspect your Pinto and assign you a temporary PtHA number that allows you to show immediately. The Sector Director will send the PtHA all of your paperwork and you will be assigned a permanent PtHA registration number. The 2008 fee for this type of registration is $80 for current PtHA members.  If you are not a member, that membership can be purchased at the time of registration and is $30. Prior to your registration appointment, you will need to have a photocopy of your Outcross papers (registration papers/APHA or other).  These papers need to be in the current owners name.  You will also need four current color photos of your horse: (1) Full facing forward frontal view; (2) Full profile/side views of left side; (3) Full profile/side view of right side; and (4) Full view rear.  All photos should include all parts of the animal in that view (ears to hooves, or nose to tail inclusive), and be unobstructed by any other animals, riders or fences in the foreground.  If your horse is a minimal white and has a white marking that is not visible from a side photo ( ex: under belly spot ) please give us an additional picture of that marking.  We can register other unregistered horses as well.  Those are considered Undocumented and will be color inspected by our Field Rep.
